Conservation Builders Limited is a debt free, profitable privately owned construction company currently building architecturally wonderful vacation houses and associated spa at the prestigous 450 acre Lower Mill Estate, in the Cotswolds. Formed in 1997, CBL has achieved a steady rate of growth, year on year to reach a turnover in 2007 of over £11.5m .
Managed by a team of construction professionals with over 60 years combined house building experience, CBL is well placed to offer a personal and bespoke construction service tailored to customers needs specialising in challenging projects located in environmentally sensitive locations and valued between £500k to £10 million. Our largest single completed project to date, Mill Village, had a contract value IRO £12 million. Historically we have built between 20 and 30 unique homes per year.
Personal service and QUALITY are vital components of what we provide and, from the day a contract is signed, a dedicated Customer Service Manager is available to guide private clients through the entire construction process and all finishes relating to their home.
